This device is already in use

Hi there,

My dad recently purchased a 5-in-1 PRO+ Weather sensor. I was not with him when he set it up, but he was able to see the station on the app. When he looked at it again, it disappeared. When he attempts to add the station again, it says the device is already in use. He purchased it from amazon, and the seller was amazon.com. I think he incorrectly put in the wrong email when he signed up for his account.

Did your dad register?  That is why the ID is in use.
When Acurite CS get in, they can look up the e-mail associated, so he can use the original Account.
Post your dads name that he registered with, then they can PM you for more info (this saves them from having to ask, then wait for you to reply.
