Good morning?
It was okay to register SmartHUB in the App for the first time.
By the way, when registering account in Web myAcuRite, it is wrong.
Continue since "This device is already in use. Do you want to re-enter your device ID or cancel your progress and Follow This Device?" State.
I am sorry that my English is poor.

Hello Newtype,

When you register the account via your mobile phone, and enter in the device ID you do not need to enter it again on the website. You would log into the website using the same email address and password you used on your mobile phone. This would mean that you have 1 account where your device ID is registered, and it will allow you to view this information via a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Hello Newtype,

You would log into your account on My AcuRite.  Once you log in you will click on settings, and go down to devices. When you are in devices you will click on the blue button that says add to add your smartHUB. You will name the device whatever you would like. You will then enter the 12 digit device ID that is on the bottom of the smartHUB.  Select the country, and enter in the postal code information.  Once that is done click save, and then it will close out. Scroll to the bottom of that page, you will then see where it says available sensors.  You should see a sensor listed there with a button below it that says add. Click on that to add the sensor. Once this is done, you can click on your dashboard where it will show your weather information.

Hello Newtype,

We can see that the account the device was registered to had last part of the email address spelled incorrectly. It was @daum.et   We have since changed this to reflect the correct email address. Please log into your account with the correct email address, and password.
