Sales & Marketing should be required to man the technical support desk and let's wake up the R&D foks too

Rainfall resets to zero at midnight, clock is running 4 hours behind the real time, coldest and warmest day of the week never reports (always blank), I was 14th in line for customer service 3 hours ago...no call back.

Touted as the  "#1 Weather Station Brand in the North America" Weather enthusiasts are in trouble, so many software problems behind the attractive 5 in 1 HD display. Was this high end $200+ model bench tested? They can't seem to reproduce the problems so fixing it seems even less promising. Very disappointed. They need to get an LLBeane lesson on ownership and customer service for their product and their customers.

Called in, "there are 25 people ahead of you...your wait time is 0 minutes"  This should be a sign people they're presently in over their heads.

Hello Gary,

We are very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced trying to reach the AcuRite Support Team.  Due to the overwhelming response to the launch of the new AcuRite Access, our call volume has greatly increased. Enter display menu by pressing the gear button all the way on the left then arrow down to Factory Reset in the Menu settings. Change the next option to "YES" then the display will tell you to press the "Check mark" twice. Please let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.

Unfortunately FACTORY RESET should be a LAST resort not the on recommendations tech support can offer their customers. This of course erases all historical data - one of the very nice features of your device.

Factory resetting the display will tell us if there was an issue that needed a restart to correct or if the display itself has a problem where we can move towards the one year warranty.
