my question has to do with the FILENAME of the downloaded file, not with its contents. do you understand my question?

for example -

24C86E08AE03--HUB_20161213182458788.csv

the first 12 characters is the MAC address (or Hub ID). following the underscore is the date in yyyymmdd format. the nine characters my question refers to "182458788" followed by the period and then the filename extension "csv" (comma separated variable). my question is - what is the SIGNIFICANCE of the nine digit number?

Thanks for your consideration.
