Hi Ted,

When registered your mac address on www.acu-link.com, did you get any errors?  Please also ensure that your bridge lights are blinking continuously on both sides with out going to solid.

There were no error messages and lights blinked continuously during setup.  It worked perfectly for about a month and then one day just stopped working.  Nothing I have tried seems to make a difference.  Do I need a new bridge?

Hi Ted,

The steps below should help to resolve your connection issues.

- Unplug Bridge from both the AC Adapter and the Ethernet cord that is plugged into your Internet Router.
- Leave completely powered down for a full 2 minutes.
- On the back of the bridge, next to the Ethernet port, there should be a small white sticker with four numbers on it, may read similar to "QC 3115" please let us know what those numbers are.
- Plug Ethernet cord into a different port on your internet router first.
- Plug back into a wall outlet with the AC Adapter.
- Make sure that the Bridge is not sitting on top or directly next to bridge, there should be at least 6 inches in between them.
- Allow bridge to go through a registration sequence (can take up to 15 minutes)
- Verify that Bridge lights are flashing on both sides with out going to solid blue lights.
- Verify that on the back of the Bridge by the Ethernet port there is a solid green light and a flashing yellow light.
- Log into your My Backyard Weather, refresh page and verify that the time and date stamp of the barometric pressure has updated to today and with in 5 minutes of current time.
- Once the Barometric pressure is properly updating, place the outdoor sensor side by side the Bridge for 30 minutes in order to regain a strong signal connection.

You should now see your sensor online. If this does not resolve the problem, please call us M-F 7am-7pm CST or Saturday 8am-4pm CST at 844-228-5465, so that we can look into other troubleshooting steps.
