The Access is puzzling me.

These screenshots show that I recorded rain in My Acurite/WU, but is false. My display does not show rain recorded and it is dry outside. My display has full reception to my 5-in-1. Then I realized on the Access splash page, my sensor had no signal, but the two neighbors' sensors have excellent reception. I moved the Access slightly and the reception improved. I hooked the Access up this past Monday 1/22 and signal has been excellent until this time. It just dropped off today briefly. The Access is about 6 feet away from any electronics just like the SmartHub was. The Access is in my sensor's direct line of site about 20 feet away. The neighbors are much further and pick up a stronger signal than my own sensor, weird. I hope this does not continue.

Hello Mirwin2,

Were you able to get the signal to show better for your sensor? Are you still experiencing this issue? Are you using the battery back up in the Access? What is the internet service provider you have? Is the Access plugged directly into the router or are you using a port or switch? What is the model number of the hardware you are using(router or switch)? Are you still getting rain registering on My AcuRite when there is none?

Everything has been good since I posted here. I'm not sure what was going on at that moment though. I didn't change anything, but rebooted and was good since. Thanks.
