Thanks for wasting my time

I have a defective outdoor sensor for a 02045W that I received this past Christmas.  Called their number.  There is a recording saying that number is not in service and to call another number 262-729-4852.  I was on hold for over 4 hours, then got a message saying their phone system was having problems and then it hung up on me.  I'm starting to think these things are some kind of Chinese scam!  I'm going to try and return it to Home Depot and get my money back.  Too bad you don't sell time machines so I can get my 4 hours back.
