Terrible customer service in just trying to place an order

I placed an order on 2/14/2018 and it sat in the Review status. It wasn't until today that I heard anything and I was at work. Someone named Sarah called me at 2:30 PM, left me a voice mail, and told me to call by 5 PM or she'd cancel my order. As she stated in the voice mail, she canceled the order without any explanation. Who treats customers this poorly!?! I tried to place a new order using the same code that I was sent in email and it doesn't work despite the fact that it was supposed to expire on March 31st. Your customer service is atrocious!
