Tech Support.... Really

On hold for a very long time... Get an option to keep myself in order... A tech answers talk to her and then says she will transfer me directly to a tech... and then I get thrown back in line to wait for another CALL BACK... UGH... This is very bad service... I have been with AcuRite since 2010 and never experienced anything like this...

I got my answer, but it would seem like there would be a way to plug in the high and low data back in, so technically I am at the same point that I was on.. But it is what it is... Be nice if we had a way to write it via the website in the setup or something...
