Tech Support doesn't respond.
I have called twice with much the same response as Jerry but each time the wait was longer. The first wait was 225 minutes and the second was 345 minutes. I waited 48 hours between the first call and the second and now I have waited another 48 hours and still no call back. I have an Access that I want to hook up to my weather station but it is not seeing it.  I am beginning to lose confidence in your team!
