Support Phone Number is "Not a Working Number"

Like so many others, I cannot get any support.

I placed an order on March 4 (Order #100332824). I received the confirmation email of the order.
As of March 23, I just noticed that my order is still "processing."
When calling, no one answers after being on hold for a very long time.

I just heard back via email on March 23 about my order and it was canceled.

I was told to call 262-729-4850 to reorder an Access replacement.

When calling the above number and also the main support line, I receive a recording that it is "not a working or valid number."

I already waited hours before trying to simply find out about my order and now this.

So now what...I feel I should not have to spend more hours waiting on the phone to reorder an item I was forced to order in the first place. 

This has just turned into a horrible experience.

I wanted to check if they were still in business since their rep gave me non-working numbers to call on 03-23-2018.

I am thinking the only way to get help is to go through the BBB.

Wow...their BBB rating has really taken a hit...C-
