I have a 5 in 1 acurite weatherstation , lightning detector, wireless display and smart hub, bought on amazon.com and ebay.com, and subscribed at wunderground.
I would like to upgrade to AcuRite Access, but do not know how I can get from acurite directly.
Can you support it for Germany?

Have you got any response/ideas?

I am a bit fed up, tired of the stupid rule not to ship oversees, I have set account with freight forward agent but now the website does not accept my order... Could be the foreign credit card but hey we are not the 80the.

And my hub is just 2 months old, that is really a joke.

Crazy enough, you cannot contact cs beside phone :(

My understanding is that the shipping and billing address must both be in a supported country before the card will be accepted.

Usually a CS rep starts sorting through all the postings on Monday morning.  Hopefully this one won't get lost in all the noise.
