Status of Order # 100333201

I placed this order (# 100333201) several weeks ago and it had an estimated delivery of 3/15.  That came and went and the order status still only shows "processing."  I tried calling the support phone number but all I get is a message that the call cannot complete due to system problems.  I realize with the special discount code you are getting many orders but I would like to get an update as to when my order will be shipped.

I am in the same boat...ordered several weeks ago.

After forever on the phone without any luck, I opened up an email support case and also posted here. So far, I have not heard a thing. They do state it may take up to 7 days...ugh.

I also opened an email support case and got an immediate automated massage assigning a case number and just saying that the cases are handled in the order they are received.  That was Wed, the 14th.  (The original order was placed on March 5th and I did get a immediate email order confirmation.)  Today I got an email from Acurite and I thought it would be some info on the order.  But instead it was just another automated message apologizing for the delay in responding to the query and promising a "real person will get back to you soon."

I was hoping posting here would at least get me some info!  I realize with the large discount a LOT of people are buying the new device but they should have anticipated the rush and be able to move things along better.

I JUST CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER!!!!!  And after a 2 HOUR wait for the call back I was told the order was successfully canceled.  I just checked my credit card and it has NOT been charged yet so that is good.  Please verify that my order has indeed been CANCELED!!!  Thank you.
