Solid Blue Lights.

Has a solution yet been found...Stated reboot procedures do not work. Like others - Net cable light blinking, both blue lights solid on. Unplugged for a day, plugged in. Waited for an hour, then plugged in Net cable. Same result - Solid Blue Lights.  Tried button for both 6 & 12 seconds... No help

By Bridge.  The 5-1 works great and so did the Bridge until recently.  Now all I get is 2 solid Blue lights and my router does not see it.  Changed cables, rebooted, nothing helps.  The green Net light is on & yellow one flashes.

Hello Tim,

Did you delete your device from your account? We do not see a device ID registered to your account? What is the model number of your smartHUB? Are you able to access your smartHUBs splash page as Tom stated above? Thank you.

It is model 09150TRX. It worked fine with the old system. With the new App, it will not register. App says it can't be found.

What is the error message you receive when you try to register the smartHUB? Did you ever transmit on My AcuRite? Thank you.

I have used Acu-Link but My AcuRite as always received:  "Device must be connected and reporting data to claim it. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking"
