Soil and moisture probe no longer visible

The Add-on Liquid & Soil Temperature Sensor (06011RM ) for my Outdoor Temperature & Humidity Monitor (00275RM) stopped showing up in MyAcurite, but the Outdoor Temperature & Humidity Monitor (00275RM) still shows up.

It is going on already for a couple of days. Support is not available now. Answering machine confirming system problem

We're using this to keep tabs on our vegetable starts.  Pretty new to this probe, so I hope this is just a fluke.

Sounds like its effecting all the monitors with add on devices my water detection monitors also stopped working I reported that issue early this morning. Never had this issue with the smart hub, just switched to the access this past weekend

I did switch as well to access. I have outdoor swimming pool controled by this system.

I did verify on all of your accounts that you are now showing wired sensors. There was an issue on My AcuRite showing wired sensors however, this has been corrected. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
