I am on an iMac so this may not apply. Here is a screen cap of what I see in my browser. I am not clear on what setup program you are using or what you are seeing.  What web browser are you using? There are only 2 display options on MyAcurite Dashboard, light or dark. I am using light.

Thx GaryL. But the acurite program messes up the whole computer graphics size and colours . I did a screenshot but the file size is too large to upload. I tried zip and that doesn't work. As soon as I shut down the set up program from acurite the graphs and colours go back to normal and I can't continue to set up the program. It work for a bit more than a week at the beginning of January then went bananas couldn't use any program until I uninstalled acurite program. If you like to see screenshots I'd be happy to email it.

I think you need to change your screen resolution back to a higher resolution so more landscape is displayed. Try this:

  1. Choose Start→Control Panel→Appearance and Personalization and click the Adjust Screen Resolution link. ...
  2. In the resulting Screen Resolution window, click the arrow to the right of the Resolution field. ...
  3. Use the slider to select a higher resolution. ...
  4. Click Apply.

I'm not exactly the right person to ask about windows related stuff. If that doesn't work try using a different web browser. Otherwise I have no idea.

I appreciate the suggestions . Problem is the program forces the resolution change. I've tried but Chrome and Firefox. The problem occurs when the program loads in. Was working great for about ten days sending great data over the app to my phone. Done numerous virus scans Mccafee and malware paid. Huge. Once the program is removed my computer acts like new.

When you set up your acurite on a windows computer do you use a specific program to accomplish that or do you set it up through a web browser interface? On a Mac computer it's all done through a web browser.  I then view my 5 in 1 station data on a web page interface.

Hello Randy,

We would recommend uninstalling the software, and reinstalling it.
