Smarthub won't reconnect after internet outage & powering cycle

Smarthub won't reconnect after internet outage & powering cycle.  I have power cycled all of my devices, router, and smarthub all of the lights are blue and there is activity on the ethernet.  Did somehow my device lose its partnership with Acurite?  It has been a month. All other internet devices are working.  thanks

looking at the router, it appears that it is not connecting via ethernet.  I wonder why that would stop working.  I have a blinking yellow and green light showing on the smarthub.

switched to an old smart hub and it is now working.  Something died in the old hub despite the fact that it looked fully operational with lights and power
