SmartHUB signal strength excellent, but status offline

Seems like this is a common problem, so I'll try and answer as many questions before they're asked, with pics. The lights on my SmartHUB are working correctly, with the network signal light blinking for 1 sec every 10 sec. or so. See attached pic for SmartHUB info.
Also, the photo of the status in myacurite app.


Also, I can tell that the SmartHUB is still uploading data, because it's still actively updating on Weather underground. It seems to be and issue only within myacurite, both within the app and on the browser. Any help from here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have the same issue. MyAcurite says my Texas station has been down since 7 PM. However it's still updating to WU. I still get rain accumulations carrying over to the next day too. The migration turned an OK product into a lame one. Sorry I have no answer Jonathan except move to a better product.

Thanks, I noticed the post shortly AFTER I took the time to trouble shoot for 2 hours and post this question. Case closed, working now.
