smarthub shows two temp and humity sensors. what are they. they are not the 5in1 which the smarthub can't find anyway.

someone has Acurite T/H sensors within 300 ft of your hub. could they be yours?

Hello Foggy,

If you have more than one AcuRite product in the house, the smartHUB can detect those sensors if they are compatible. It will hold up to 10 compatible sensors. If you have a neighbor that is in range it could pick up their sensor as well. If it is not picking up the 5n1 sensor, we would recommend bringing the sensor inside within about 3 feet of the smartHUB. Remove the batteries from the sensor for about 2 minutes, put them back in after the 2 minutes. Power down the smartHUB for 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes, and after you put the batteries back in the sensor power up the smartHUB. Look under available sensors on My AcuRite to see if you are able to add the sensor. Once this is done you can put the sensor back outside.
