SmartHub shipped with wrong power supply

I just purchased the 995WES bundle from your website about 10 days ago. The Smarthub unit came with a power supply that has a connector too small for the unit. How can I get the correct power supply for this?  I tried calling today (26th) and got message no one is available due to "internal event".

I have the same problem. I ordered the 01163M-bundle on order #100267520 which I received today. It shipped with AC adapter CD06-0500250U. The female connector is too small to fit the recessed power outlet on the smartHUB. Please ship me the correct AC adapter ASAP.

I also have the same issue.  Smarthub 09150M (bought on amazon.ca) came with Power Supply model CD06-0500250U.  The connector is too small for the hub.  Any chance I can get a replacement?  thx

I have the same problem of the power adapter plug being unable to fit over the power pin on the smart hub.  Bundle ordered directly from AcuRite.

I also have the same issue i got the 02064 Wireless Weather Station with PC Connect for christmas the plug is to big for the hub my power supply model # is cd06-0500250u
