SmartHUB not reporting to Weather Underground for 24 hours

My SmartHUB has not reported to Weather Underground in over 24 hours. I went through the suggestion from My AcuRite's "Help" of replacing the address, waited to see if it picks up the address and it did not. I have also deleted the station and re-entered it but still not reporting. What can I try now?

Hello Wanda,

Please try to remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground or vise versa if the issue continues.  Let us know if this issue continues. Thank you
