Smarthub not reporting to weather underground

Problem with Acurite SmartHub model 09150M   

I connected to Weather Underground with no problems starting April 2, 2017 and it worked perfectly until December 25, 2017 when it quit and hasn't reported since. I've tried resetting it several times by unplugging, waiting, deleting and resetting it up at My Acurite to share but still nothing. I've read tried many remedies that I've seen others in here succeed but with no luck. The SmartHub seems to be working properly as the blue light on the left side is blinking at about 20 second intervals. I also see it on Myacurite dashboard after deleting it and resetting it. I using it in conjunction with the acurite 5-1 weather station. My weather underground station ID is KPAELLW07

Hello Fred,
We can see you are currently updating on My AcuRite and not Weather Underground. Please remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground. Let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.

I have input my credentials dozens of times both using the weather underground login and the key with no success. True, WU's latest instructions are to use the key, not their WU login password. I've also tried using my PC connect software to share with WU to no avail. (The PC connect has never worked) with any of my devises.) That never did worked from the time I installed my 5-1 weather station in the spring. I even created a new weather underground station, KPAELLW09, and the connections failed with both the Acurite site sharing and the PC connect software. I've sent weather underground an email message today since their toll free number has been disconnected. I haven't gotten a response from them yet. Do you have any other suggestions?

For all the help getting my location back on the Weather Underground map using WU station KPAELLW09. Despite numerous requests to WU for support I they never acknowledged or got back to me.
