SmartHub lights

Received my Smarthub a month ago 09150M, got it installed and has been running very smooth till last night. No lights at all on port or side lights, like no power, I checked voltage with volt meter and the correct power is leading in OK, I have tried everything that has been said concerning others with similar problems but everything still dead. Any other idea that I should try before giving up.

access SmartHub through your modem and get the status of SH and any sensors it monitors

I connected that way to see anything, but when the hub will not power up at all, it tells nothing.

You even held in the side button for 10 seconds?

I tried the bottom activate button, no button on the side. Tried several different ways and still will not power up.

Hello Gary,

We do not see a smartHUB registered to your account. We only see a PC Connect unit. Did you remove the device from My AcuRite? When you lost the lights did you have the amber and green light in the back that was still working?

Yes, I did take off of account because not working, I had to hook temperarly to computer and would not let me set up any other way. The lan lights in the back were not going at all either.
