Got my NEW access hub (02/24) as was instructed. It actually worked fine for several weeks. However it went offline several weeks ago (03/21) and I have been unable to re-connect it. I have tried pushing the reset button. I have tried, unplugging it and removing batteries and still, All I get is a red light and no signal sent. the 2023 display a few feet away is still receiving signals from the weather station in the yard.
Have tried calling several times and cant get through or end up on hold for over an hour only to get cut off,,,,
