smartHUB Failure

My Acurite SmartHUB failed recently. I have no status or internet conductivity lights. I am an electronic technician with troubleshooting capabilities. I scoped out the Microchip onboard controller and it is completley dead (No inputs or outputs or Data). All internal power supplys are at the correct level. I think my warranty period has expired.  I am wondering if I can purchase just the populated controller board (no case, transformer or ethernet cable).  I can change the internal board very easily and it would save money as well as the enviroment since the dead unit wouldnt wind up in a landfill.  Can I purchase just the board?  Thanks.

Bravo for checking inside. Most visitors here are lucky to have a VOM.
I doubt  that there is even a replacement board in the USA.
You want the (spare) wall wort. They are a high failure rate item (maybe even higher than the control board).  I had forgotten it even came with a CAT5 cable. I use a 1' one to a high mounted (former CRT TV) wall jack  just inside the patio doors (close to 5 in 1 mast)
BTW this (electronic) equipment is listed as Hazardous waste in my area and must be disposed as such (not put in the landfill cart).

We do not sell parts of the HUB, only the HUB itself.  We would recommend replacing the entire unit at this time. We are currently out of stock on the HUB but do expect them to come in around the beginning of December.  For your convenience, I have provided a link below to the HUB. Very dissapointing.  A company remains strong by its service to its existing customers.  Apparently you do not value the customer.

We do value our customers. We are not able to offer replacement parts on all of our products. For the products we do not have replacement parts for, we do recommend replacing the complete product, and for the products that do have replaceable parts we would recommend the replacement parts. The smartHUB is not one of them, as opening up the product is not something we would recommend in our troubleshooting steps, and would void the warranty.
