SmartHub failure

I've received my new SmartHub and the lights all worked for 2 minutes. They're now dead despite multiple restarts - no lights on the Ethernet connection either and I've tried two different cables. My sensors successfully loaded on the app but no data. It appears that the new SmartHub may have fried itself as there is power coming from the plug so that is not the issue.

Hi John,

I just want to confirm. Are you getting a green and amber light in the back of the SmartHub?
