SmartHub consistantly Failing. Usually around two days after reset.

Down again. I keep losing communication with my sensors. I have to reset the bridge ( button on the bottom of the bridge). I then am up and running for two days, then lose communication. Things were running fine before the migration.

Hello David,

What are the smartHUB lights currently doing? Do you have the smartHUB plugged directly into a router or are you using a port or switch? We do recommend the smartHUB be plugged directly into the router via Ethernet cable.  Is this a replacement smartHUB that you have received from us? Thank you. Have a good day!

Jennifer, Unfortunately my Acurite equipment is at my cottage in the Adirondacks, and I am now at my home south of Syracuse. However, here is what I observed when I was up there last weekend. After I reset the button on the bottom of the hub, it starts working again. When it's working, the left blue light blinks about every 30 sec or so. The right blue light stays on all the time. When the hub is not working, both blue lights are on and no blinking. The hub is connected directly into the router via Ethernet, and this hub is not a replacement. It's the original bridge.

I was at my cottage over the weekend. I reset the smart hub Friday night. I got about four and a half days out of it before it crashed again. :(
