I have 2 smartHubs that are being rendered unusable- I went to purchase 2 new Smart Access with the coupon code but was only able to preplace one- please let me know how I am able to acquire another coupon code. I can;t find a support email and all you no-reply messages have a phone number that is out of service. Thank you for your attention

I wanted to do the same.  I have 2 stations I wanted to move to the new Access Point product.
They should have given an option to owners to purchase a limited numbe of them. Most of us have and would upgrade multiple stations to a new current product, especially since support for the old hub is ending.
