nevermind i fixed it

I changed routers and when I had connected everything to the new router, Smart Hub is not found on the network. Blue lights on either side of the smart hub are solid blue - but when I look at my network to view Connected Devices - Acurite Smart Hub is not there. All Ethernet cables are connected - I tried doing the power off for Smart Hub and Router - then started over - still no connection

I did another restart on the router and the Hub - (this was the third time I did it) and this time, after waiting about 20 minutes, the Network finally recognized the Hub and I am back in business again.
