Smart Hub shut downshut down.

I have 6 H/T sensors that have worked for several years. Recently the smart hub shut down. Checked voltage of PS and all was good. Powered down and up with no change. Powered down for 15 - 20 minutes and then powered up and smart hub worked. All sensors worked. But after short time hub shut down again. I can reproduce this over and over; un-plug, wait 20 min, plug in and use for 20-60 minutes, etc. What Can I do to keep hub up?

Hello Dennis,

When the smartHUB goes offline what are the blue lights on the smartHUB doing? What are the amber and green lights doing on the back of the smartHUB? Is the smartHUB plugged directly into the router, or are you using a port or switch? What is the model number of the smartHUB? What type of internet connection do you have?

Hello Dennis,

Was this via email that you sent pictures? Do you have a case number to reference? Is it a Google Wi-Fi system, or is it an actual router? How long have you had the smartHUB for, and where was it purchased? Are you able to attach a picture to this thread of the router and smartHUB so we can see what you are referring to. Thank you.

Pictures were attached to responses to your previous comments and requests.  We have had an ongoing dialog on my issue where you requested information on my hub (sent), google router (sent), light configuration (sent). The original correspondence was on or around 11/6/17, 11/7/17 and 11/191/7.  I purchased direct from Acurite, I am pretty sure (gift).  I will attach pictures again of router and smart hub.  Please note that all worked perfectly until end of October when the smart hub shut down.  Nothing was changed or added to the system.
