Smart Hub says already in use

I have a AcuRite SmartHub 09150M that is telling me already in use when I try to connect it to my account.  I can't log into my original account for some reason, perhaps I typoed the email or something, but I need to change it to work with my current account that I can log into.

New account e-mail -*****@*******.com (Removed by admin to privacy conerns)
Device ID: 24c86e0850d5

If possible, can you just assign to my new working account?  

Please help.  Thank you.

Hello Aaron,

There is a different email address registering to the My AcuRite account. It is the Gmail account. You would need to log in with this email address to access My AcuRite,. Once you are in you can change the email address to the one that was above if you would like. You would go into settings and then account profile. Click edit and you would change the email address.
