I Hade the same problem.
I called Acc-Rite and they helped a lot.

Its ok if you live in the usa. They dont seem to have an email address. Anyway my right hand blue light just flashes and batteries in my temp sensors are fine and sending data to my screen. Think the hib is stuffed. Tried reseting everything and not fixing the issue.

Gone back to using my Davis vue which is reliable. All the other weather stations are crap and break down.

Have had no issues with my vue and got when first released.

Hello Dennis,

We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with the smartHUB. If the right light on the smartHUB is flashing, that is indicating that the smartHUB has no sensor connected to it. It does need a sensor connected & transmitting to register it online. We would recommend bringing the sensor within 3 feet of the smartHUB. We would recommend removing the batteries from the sensor, and power cycling the smartHUB.  You would power it down and unplug the Ethernet cord from the router for about 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes go ahead and put the batteries back in the sensor, and power up the smartHUB. Once it is powered up the blue lights should be solid except when a reading is sent the left network status light should flash for 1 second.  The amber light should flash, and the green light should be steady.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

Try holding down activate button for 15 seconds till lights goes off.  Then wait a minute and hold down again for 15 seconds till they come back on.  Then give it 5 minutes to see if it is reporting to MYAcurite.  Also, could be where you live the hub won't work.
