Smart Hub reporting to the App but not WeatherUnderground

Smart Hub Stopped reporting to the App and Weather Underground on 12/16 at 1:05 AM. I re-established the connection and put the smart hub closer to the sensor. It began reporting back to the App within 30 minutes and shows a green bubble under my weather station on Weather Underground but my station is still not on the list of local stations and when I click on my station ID it says that it isn't reporting and hasn't since 12/16 at 1:05 AM. Everything I see shows it reporting correctly. I was going to delete it and add it back but it says I can't delete the station because it has sent data to Weather Underground. Someone please help. I want to be able to see my station listed on Weather Underground.

We just checked you station ID on Wunderground and were able to view your account and see the readings transmitting. Please check your account, and let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with?

I have the same problem... tried every option , still not sharing after 2 days.. my ID is KNJTOMSR41.  it worked before I upgraded the bridge

Paul I'm guessing by upgraded bridge you mean the Access?  
If so did you do this  from your myacurite dashboard go to settings / share weather. enable online sharing check allow sharing. Then under that sharing to weather underground you need to fill in the blanks  station ID all caps and then your password or station key  no copy paste.

i am very frustrated , the old bridge started having update problems after the firmware update now this.  this problem has been going on for years and you think they get them fixed by now

I just changed over to the Access a couple of days ago and had no problem with the change sorry to hear that it did not go as well for you.
