One has to question - not only who is running the
company- , but it’s Marketing Department , as well as the “ Product development team “
The Company president -for not having enough incite to foresee the backlash from its customer base-and for believing the BS he was being feed –> # one rule – know your customer !
The “ Marketing Team “- Seriously ? you believed you could “spin “ this terrible upgrade (POS ) and some how convince the “ Weather Nerds “ of its usefulness --# one rule –-> know your customer !
The “Product development “ - Biggest Fail of all - You need to understand the definition of the word “UPGRADE “ and what it entails – You have a “community support forum “ and it appears as though it was ignored !
I would ask :
Where is the WIFI connection ? Why did it “downgrade “ from 10 to 7 devices instead of “ UPGRADING “ from 10 to 15 devices ?
This is a TOTAL fail by the ENTIRE company--> from the top down - To push this " supposedly upgraded " device (the way they are ) makes me believe they are in some sort of financial trouble and it cant be good down the road ...
