My smart hub, is no longer connecting. No blue lights at all. I’ve tried every fix, I can find online. I have tried calling customer service. At least three times. They say you are number X in the cue, and your wait will be X minutes. Will you like us to call back when it’s your turn? I have never received a call back, they just close for the day and leave you hanging around waiting for a call. Today I was number 21 with a 244 minute wait. If I don’t get a call back today, I’m will have to open a Better Business complaint, maybe you will answer their call.
