Smart hub issues again

Hi Acu-rite,

I received my new smartHub, but I’m having more problems.  Upon receipt of device I followed the set up directions.  Once I got to step 6 and pressed the activate button all the lights have stopping working.  I unplugged the device for several hours and still nothing.  Both the network status and sensor light are off. The device is plugged in and receiving power as the network port is blinking with yellow and green lights lit. 

Any new suggestion as I don’t see any recommendations from the setup directions.

The SmartHub is given an ip address by your router. If you can lookup the smarthub on the router then you can log into it's web page and see the smarthub's status.  If the smarthub isn't showing up on the router then something is preventing an address being issued. Sometimes the smarthub shows up as unknown but an identification can be made from the MAC address listed on the bottom of the smarthub .
