I have the Smart hub 09150M. installed it about a month ago. The smart hub would go on and off line daily. Now I do not have network or status lights at all. I tried disconnect the Power supply for 10 seconds or longer as suggested. Still no blue status or network lights. Any suggestions?
We show you are currently transmitting online. If you have no blue lights you do not need to disconnect the power supply. You would press the registers/activate button for 10 seconds on the bottom of the smartHUB. Once you have done this you should see the blue lights appear on the smartHUB.
