Smart hub disconnected from my 5-in-1 sensor. Used to connect fine

My 5-in-1 sensor is sending data to my indoor base station.  Yesterday, it was also sending to my smart hub, which the shared the data with my phone app via my wireless router.  Now my smart hub is no longer connecting to the 5-in-1 station (The smart hub light is blinking rapidly).  Tried disconnecting power and moving the smart hub closer, etc.  Still not connecting.  Did my smart hub go bad?  Things to try?  Help! Thanks

Hello MJ,

If it is the right light on your smartHUB that is flashing rapidly, then that means that there is no sensor connected to it. We would recommend that you bring the sensor in next to the smartHUB and remove the batteries, and put them back in to re-establish a connection. Once you get a connection go ahead and put the sensor back outside.   Thank you. Have a good day!
