Why discontinue service?  Why, other than new revenue, are you discontinuing support of the Smart Hub? Please explain in detail. The product works, works for thousands of your loyal customers.  I have two of them at different locations, and was going to purchase a 3rd (glad I didn't pull the trigger on that purchase.) I understand that if you think the Access is so superior to the Smart Hub, that you might stop making and selling it, but to stop supporting it is unconscionable to the loyal customers (like me) who have purchased many products that work with it.  If you choose to make new products that only function with Access, so be it.  I really have no need for any of the "newer better" features of the Access. I cannot, with any self respect, invest any more money with a company that would do this to their customers.  I have 9 sensors currently on one Smart Hub in one location and would like to add a couple more., and 2 at another house.  If you decide to continue with your plan to no longer support the Smart Hub, and would prefer to keep me as a customer, please send me 3 Access at no charge, I'll graciously volunteer to pay shipping.
