Smart Hub 09150M no network light

MySmartHub 9150M was working perfectly and stopped 2 days ago. Both network lights (amber and green) are off. The blue lights are on. I already replace the network cable and tried to connect in another port or router. Any suggestions for me?

Hello Ricardo,

Have you tried a different port in your router? When you changed the Ethernet cable did either of the lights come back on? Where was the smartHUB purchased and how long have you had it for?

Yes. I have tried a different port and a different router. The network lights never come back on. O bought form Amazon (July, 25th, 2017).

I have done all the procedure many times but the network lights (green and amber) didn't come back on. It seems that the network port is dead.

Hello Jennifer. Can you send the email again? I am reading at Acurite's blog that you have discontinued the smarthub  https://www.acurite.com/blog.html Should I buy the Acurite access? Does it work with my 5x1 Weather Station?
