signal loss emails

I get multiple emails every day saying the sensors have lost connection to the smarthub... I thought this was addressed?  It is never the same sensor, its random at best.

Hello Chris,

We were not able to locate an account under the email associated with your forum account.  Are you losing connecting to your sensors?  Do you have your smartHUB connected directly into a router or are you using a switch of any kind? The smartHUB needs a direct connection to the router. Please move your smartHUB away from your router as much as possible and in the direction of the sensor that is losing connection.
