shipped to the wrong addres and LONG hold time

I ordered a new remote sender and you shipped it to my billing address, not my ship to address. Now I don't have it and don't know if I will ever get it.
One and a half hours as #1 in the que and still no answer. Your customer "NO SERVICE" is astounding. I cant believe it is that bad. 5 years ago we had the same issue. This time we left a call back number which was never returned. Just take the phones out and save the money since you don't use them anyway.

I waited over an hour before to reach #3 and then when it came to their closing time...zap...they cut me off...they must only have one person working and when quitting time comes, they forget about the people that have been waiting so long. Terrible.
