Share/Follow The Device

When I upgraded to the new Access it removed all of my shared family so now I'm forced to set this all up again. This all being done on the iPhone app... However, now when they go in to Follow my device (6 digit MAC), it pulls no data and states on their end, No Devices Found. Their dashboard is empty even though it appears to be setup correctly.
On my end I can clearly see that they are Following me. On their end it shows they are Following me.
Does it take time to load the data on their end? If so, how long?
Is there something else that we should have done, a missing step? I followed these steps: https://kbase.myacurite.com/web/content/share-follow/follow-account-device.htm

Yes, I'm also sharing on WU. If I wasn't sharing I nor they would not be able to see each other within the app.

David I do not use an IPhone but my daughter does and she was having the same problem when they open the app at the top of the page they need to select the tab for your station and not the dashboard one, they don't have a dashboard you do.

Thank You, Ledrak! It sure would be nice if Acurite would chime in on these issues. After a lengthy phone conversation with my parents, we finally found the tab you were talking about. Why Acurite does NOT have this noted in their setup's is beyond me. I'm really starting to think that they have no idea what they offer to us as customers until we say something. This is just another eye roll and head scratch.
Again, thank you!

Glad to have helped, like I said I don't use an IPhone and found this while trying to help my daughter.
