Sensors falling of AcuRite Access

I recently upgraded to the Access. Since the. My 5-in-1 sensor constantly loses connection. This did not happen with the HUB. I have replaced batteries so that is NOT the issue. I have missed multiple days Data recently including significant rain. My totals will be off for the whole year. When is AcuRite going to address and fix this? I am seriously looking at upgrading to the Davis system as AcuRite is completely unreliable.

i would tell you to do a hard reset in Access (remove batteries, AC power and ethernet for 5-10 mins) them re power. Many Access users are having better results with Access than SmartHub. I think this is a setup/start up issue. The hard reset should resolve it.
