Just received and set up the new Access. Within minutes of getting it online two of my 592TXR sensors stopped transmitting. Changed batteries, changed channels, brought them close. Nothing. The new one I bought along with the Access is connected and is working fine.. Any suggestions?
Neal when you set up the Access did you add or replace. if you added you will need to look at your available sensors and add them. just a side note the ABC switches have no effect on the smarthubs or the access.
Your Access is receiving the new 592 sensor but not the two you had and now its not receiving your 5 in 1 that it was receiving? strange. the red lights are not flashing either they should flash even if you had nothing picking them up recheck the batteries.
Hello Neal, I can see your 5in1 sensor is currently offline. Please power cycle your Access and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the Access, also please remove batteries. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter for the Access. Please let us know if this issue continues.
