AcuRite sent me a new hub. Still doesn't work. I have spent too much time on this. The 09150 hub is bricked. I'm going to find a reliable system. What a waste of money.
I assume you have done this, but have you plugged in another network device into the cable that you have been using to connect the hub? Would be good to verify that that much is working. I'm also assuming that you are using a different power supply? A bad power supply or dead outlet could make a smartHUB look like it's bricked.
Welcome to the club. I gave up on my system a long time ago, it seems to have a mind of its own. I've never seen a company has so many complaints and technical issues with a product.The only reliable weather station is my Davis VantageVUE. The AcuRite is a good price and has some nice features, but very unreliable.
Yep, I agree! I've wasted so many hours and days troubleshooting the hub and finally just gave up. It goes on and off line whenever it pleases with no rime or reason. It is definitely an Acurite issue on their end no matter what they tell you. Very poor unreliable product.
