Saving data to my computer

I have a model 1525. I initially had it set to mode 1 for two weeks but changed it to mode 3 today to get data transfer to switch off of "waiting". After reading another entry in this forum, I unplugged the display and restarted the computer, and I now have "transfer now" after plugging the display in again but it says there is no data to transfer. I hope switching from mode 1 to 3 didn't erase the data. It seems that the software starts up with data transfer stuck in the "waiting" mode and will only reset if I unplug the display from the computer, then it allows data transfer, but tells me there is no data to transfer.  How do I get that data downloaded?

Hi Shannon Kawane,

Please try to factory reset your display. Depending on your model number the reset is typically in the back by the battery compartment. When factory resetting please hold the button or pinhole down for 10 seconds. Please be aware that the factory reset will erase all data.

Have a great day!
