I recently bought a 00609SBLA1 and was wondering whether the temperature values (+/- 2F) are rounded up, rounded down or truncated? Thanks.

Hello bxm6306,

The numbers will show on the display in whole numbers. The accuracy will be +/-2 based off the numbers that are on the display.  If your temperature is reading 64 degrees. It can read as low as 62 and as high as 66 degrees.

Hi Jennifer, this doesn't answer my question. If the actual temperature is 64.5 degrees will the thermometer show 64 or 65 (accuracy aside)? What if it's actually 64.8?

Hello bxm6306,
If your station is reading 26.4 and below the display is going to round down. If you are reading above 6.5, the display will round up. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
