RMA - Reqest: WA State Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division will be contacting WI AG about non responsive support

On hold for multiple hours in queue on #4 for two hours.  Your phone numbers not answering at corporate.  We will be reporting this company to contact the Wisconsi AG for a fraud alert.  I have been trying to get an RMA.  Cannot even get that handled online or email. 

Maybe other dissatisfied customers might want to contact their AG's as well.  Someone in Geneva has to be paying attention.

I just want to return the Access I purchased Feb 21, 2018.  It wont work in my situation where I have no hard wired internet.
