Tried to call today. Kept getting that I was number 2 in wait list. Then 1. After over 45 minutes waiting I used the option to have someone call me back. No one called me back. This is just such poor customer service. What is going on here?

I have been on hold to Acurite to purchase a new Acurite Access device for over 45 minutes. I tried calling on another phone and was told it would be a 27 minute wait..10 minutes later it went to 43 minutes.
Earlier (4 hours ago) I called and rather than wait, I asked for a call back. Still haven't heard back from anyone!!!!!
This is the worst support that I have dealt with in quite awhile. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company until they improve their customer support.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service DOES NOT EXIST!!! I called the general number and was told I was #8 with A 19 minute wait,it got to #2 and that was it 3 hours ago,I GAVE UP!!!!   I want to return the #75077 weather station but can not talk or e-mail anyone,they do not return e- mail as well. I did my last option and did A stop payment on my credit card as it was ordered directly from Acurite.I had an Acurite #00583 for 12 years and thought to buy the same brand after it stopped working(return customer). The one I just got #75077 (new alkaline batteries/in shade under porch out of weather etc,etc,followed instructions etc,etc,) goes right to -40F when the outside temp goes below 59F. It works fine during the day(60F) but when it gets colder and gets to 59F it goes to -40F and stays there, The sensor is JUNK. I want to send it back but they do not have any customer support,THEY DO NOT CARE .So I had to do A stop payment,maybe they will call me as I had registered the broken item. I am going to look at Davis or Meade instead,they have A customer service phone number that is TOLL FREE!!!!   Mark
